Starting with the motivation for writing the book, several aspects of the experiences described in the book were talked about which invariably led to an insightful exchange of philosophical ideas especially from the perspective of student life and expectations in the 1990s as compared to the current times. The whole session, lasting about two hours, was conducted using a question-answer format so as to encourage maximum participation from the small audience.
